Overall, the product quality was good. I received the order 26 days after the order date, within the timeframe originally given. The packaging was excellent, all the items accounted for, well wrapped and protected. I was very impressed with several pieces in particular and will definitely order them again. There was only one item not as stated and I will discuss that with my account support representative. Thank you for the good service.

One issue with product quality was due to the product description not matching the items. (wrong material type listed) That was corrected. A second item, small pouches, would not zip all the way closed due to sloppy sewing. I mentioned it to my account rep. I was happy with the responses I received. The search feature doesn't always turn up what I'm looking for as easily as I'd hope. I was impressed with the packaging of the order, nicely done, no damage.
