While a few items had some issues, the customer service team promptly assisted me and resolved them to my satisfaction. Some items still had quite a few minor scratches. I would appreciate it if more care could be taken during post-production handling and storage. As a reseller, it is quite tricky for me to sell these at full price to my buyers. Overall, I am pleased with the product quality and pricing.
